At Nianhe, we take great pride in the craftsmanship and energy of our jewelry. All of our products are handcrafted using high-quality materials and ethically sourced crystals. That’s why we offer a limited 30-day warranty on all purchases.


🔒 What’s Covered:

Our 30-day warranty covers manufacturer defects, including:

  • Broken chains or clasps (under normal wear)

  • Loose or detached stones upon arrival

  • Faulty hardware or assembly issues

If your item arrives damaged or breaks due to a craftsmanship defect within 30 days of delivery, we’ll repair it, replace it, or offer store credit — free of charge.


🚫 What’s Not Covered:

This warranty does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear

  • Damage caused by misuse, impact, or accidents

  • Tarnishing from water, perfume, sweat, or improper storage

  • Lost or stolen items

  • Items outside the 30-day period


🛠️ How to Make a Warranty Claim:

  1. Email hello@nianhe.shop with:

    • Your full name and order number

    • Photos clearly showing the issue

    • A brief explanation of what happened

  2. Our support team will respond within 1–2 business days.

  3. If your item qualifies, we’ll provide instructions for repair, replacement, or credit.

To keep your piece beautiful and energized, avoid water, store it in a dry place, and cleanse your crystals regularly with sunlight, moonlight, or sage.
